Jerrid Douglas is a Partner and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Brilliant Petroleum Company and Grupo Mundial Balboa S.A.. He is responsible for directing all fiscal functions and strategy of the corporation.
Prior to joining the firm, he co-founded 2020cg - a global management consulting, business development and strategic advisory firm. For over 14 years, Jerrid has led experienced teams advising wealthy individuals, families and institutions regarding financial matters including asset allocation, investment strategy, financial planning, trust and estate issues, risk management, banking and structured financings.
Over his banking career, he has served in various capacities including Director at Barclays, Director at Citi Private Bank and a Private Client Advisor at Bank of America’s Private Bank. Before leading banking teams at Bank of America, he was a Portfolio Manager working for their asset management company - Columbia Management Group (CMG). At CMG, he managed investment portfolios for Individuals and businesses in a discretionary or advisory capacity.
Jerrid is Northeast District Representative of 100 Black Men of America and President Emeritus of 100 Black Men of New Jersey. From 1998 to 2010, Jerrid served on the board of Directors of Newark Community Health Centers (NCHC) in various capacities including Chairman, Vice Chairman and Treasurer. During his tenure, Jerrid spear-headed organizational assessments, reorganization, governance, strategic planning, financial management and reporting including annual budgeting, audits, and performance scorecards.
Jerrid earned a BA in Political Science and a MBA in finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

ensuring compliance with a corporate Letter of Credit policy
Obtaining security interests where necessary
